For longsword 3pot, with the meta of pure poke bot lane the 300 potential HP the extra 2 pots give you are amazing. My friend Taco gave a better summary of the 2 (and now even 3 with boots start, but I still need to play around with that more.)

"I need to update most of the item section, the only reason I haven't been is because every patch all of Jhin's items keep changing. Gets annoying to keep updating every 2 weeks to totally overhaul a section.

Lethality would be Ghostblade > Edge/Dusk > Dusk/Edge > BT > LDR. You get zerks and LDR can be substituted for another AD item, probably a Mercurial or a Maw if there are no tanks. You'll deal about 800 damage an axe and never worry about crits.
