"Yup, Janitsu said it perfectly. Only trade with your 4th shot, but even then you want to avoid trades vs him. A good Draven will always win lane vs you in a pure 2v2 setting. "

Lethality would be Ghostblade > Edge/Dusk > Dusk/Edge > BT > LDR. You get zerks and LDR can be substituted for another AD item, probably a Mercurial or a Maw if there are no tanks. You'll deal about 800 damage an axe and never worry about crits.
