"pretyt much the point. it wasn't all that long ago rushing philo + hog was the norm for tops, there's no reason to say it wouldn't work at all. i've just found he needs the regen, and to be honest, i absolutely 100% want to build shurelya's on this hero, so that's the biggest reason ."
