Posted a Comment: Dec 28th, 2011 "I would cutthroat in, ult, rake (canceling ult), auto attack, THEN noxian diplomacy. Since Noxian Diplomacy resets your auto attacks you can basically land a free ~100 extra damage (~200 with sheen) for nothing. This is huge early game and late game alike. Otherwise I like it."
