and about your guide 13 health pots is too much its like someone taking heal and revive saying it will allow them to be in lane longer you shouldn't"

"Great guide definitely a +1 buy you may want to check you defensive tree in your mastery section, everything written on the side looks weird i would also suggest getting that wota before rabadons or hourglass or you can just buy revolver "
