"LordAdrian, I have The Bloodthirster in my build as an alternative item. In early game though, I still think the active slow from Bilgewater Cutlass can help you get more success in ganks. In late game, if you feel like you don't need an extra ranged slow anymore, just sell Bilgewater Cutl"
