"Ive been playing this build for over 50 times now, what i found is that this build is VERY WEAK early on before you get your Hydra for clearing and dueling cunter junglers. What this means is you need to either get 1-2 kills/assists early or lag behind greatly due to inability to duel cunter jungler"

and for the hurricane its only good during teamfights without damage ur headshots are useless even with the 150%"
