"'Glass' cannon Galio is very viable, but I do not believe this is the way to build him, by any stretch of the imagination. First off, Flash is a must have on Galio. Being able to position yourself in a heart beat, to catch an entire team in your ultimate is devastating. Secondly, on Galio, I believe"
