"For jungle Tryndamere, I'd recommend the runes 'NicknameMy' posted, or Greater Mark of Desolation. I find Greater Glyph of Alacrity > Greater Glyph of Focus. You can also get Greater Seal of Alacrity to speed up the jungle. I personally don't jungle with Trynd since his rework"
