"If you don't have the texts Rasterised yet, should work just fine. If you do, however, just ctrl click the layer to select them, force a border (4 pixels? depends on the size of the text), feather it for about half that, and apply a light gaussian blur to it. 2 pixel blur, give or take."

"Indeed. Often, when I gank with phoenix, I don't go in intending to get a kill. I'll take it if it comes, but my main purpose is just to push them back. Force summoner spells, and force them to burn mana."

Attack speed Talon...? Wasn't completely horrible?
