Also he needs more Migration vs the other team so you are not to squishy and can take some dmg in a teamfight, wich otherwise other carrys will take. Sion is not a carry since he only hase Nuke and n"

Not every champ needs to always lvl his Ulti and if you read the guid you would know.
But changed the skill order now to get ulti @ lvl 6.
I have to say i never really needed it but generaly speaking its bether to "
