"Have seen some interesting rune and mastery setups pass by today, might be a good idea to keep an eye on this in the future when playing with lower level players (hard enough to balance games already as it is).

"I'd expect Flare to more of an issue in solo queue than team rankeds, to be fair. Sure, you could argue people should be better at counterjungling, but it still makes some champs pretty damn strong atm."
