"I'm trying to think of champs to use this on, but I can't really think of them. Types like Jayce and Kha'Zix often buy Tear of the Goddess anyway, someone like Singed or Nasus could get mana from Glacial Shroud.

"Well, the damage increase was very, very high on Syndra's ult and I didn't generally have that much magic pen on her. I mean, maybe once I get hybrid pen marks I'll keep building it. Otherwise I guess Seraph's Embrace late game won't hurt."

"Giving Corki a Big One more often and reducing his charge rate when all he needs are some mana cost buffs.
Buffing Morgana's mana costs even though she already has way less mana problems than, for example, Lux.
Still think Quinn's gonna be pretty useless.
