"I guess maxing shield first would make the most sense since she's a support. Her E should be maxed after that, with her only damage spell (Q) being maxed last. An 80% slow is already quite strong without the damage to be honest :O"

I've used Chrome, Firefox and IE and I like IE the most. I don't care if a page loads in 0,7 seconds instead of 1 second like everyone else apparently does. I like IE the most, had the least issues with it and am going to be using it. If that means I'm not "one of the cool kids&"
