I'm not sure about the mana regen though, seems like he would benefit from that when not having blue but I'm not sure whether it's better than good hands or the movement speed masteries"

Karthus will surely use Lay Waste to farm, Morgana uses Tormented Soil, Malzahar uses his Malefic Visions etc. Even champs that don't have great farming abilities"
