"Well..
The point i would rather rush HoG instead if Philo is, I don't need the regen in jungle since i skill on my shield which absorbs all the damage i get from camps. Rushing HoG gives you alot more tankyness in earlygame which helps you when ganking and when getting counterjungled aswell.
