Posted a Comment: "I find running a combination of flash, ghost, or cleanse helps with your survivability. It leaves you very mana crippled however and limits your harassing power. Sometimes I do this and just invest in some mana pots intstead of making the much bigger investment in manamune. Any thoughts on this play"

While it is very time/resource consuming the item really helps me pull lost games out of the gutter. However the cost of this item often"
