"This build is lacking some key items.
- ... No, you're building DPS build which is based off of melee, not skills, and although the cooldown is nice, there are More viable options for boots. Berserker's greaves, merc treads, etc.

"Thank you, I'm glad someone read the whole thing and I honestly don't know why the number 1 Jarvan guide has like 5 sections with very minimal information >.>
I added atma's, since I tryed it, and it gave me over 60 flat damage, so it's worth it over bloodthirster."
