"I think the easiest way to fix him would be to make him able to buy all of them, but increasing in price with each buy. So the first one would cost 1000g, the second one 1500g and the last one would be 2000g."

Jayce in mid is acutally pretty strong overall, and Diana is also a champion that can carry really well, is tanky and still is an assasin.
