Regarding your question, going Roa>Stringer>Rylai can be a viable path and is actually used not last rarely in soloq. However I myself find Deathcap being simply superior in vast majority of situations where you just need to kill your targets asap instead of slowing them dow"

Nashor = Stinger + fiendish codex + 1000 gold = 3000 gold
Nashor = 80 ap, 50 as, 20% cdr
Stinger = 1200 gold = 50 as, 10% cdr
You pay 1800 gold for 80 ap and 10% cdr.
RoA = 3000 gold = 120 ap, 480 hp, 800 mana, passive sustain
Stinger + RoA = 4200 gold = 50 as, 10% cdr, 12"

With the new changes to the build I present you a new to build Azir! We no longer get morellonomicon in build 2 but instead focus on full early damage (luden's echo) or on specific lane counters (abyssal scepter). I haven't been updating the guide of a pretty long time"
