"When you mean to go on a reroll frenzy if you lose more than 6 hp, does that mean even in the early game before krugs? Also I have another question regarding on when you level up in the early game, so you always want lvl 4 and 5 as soon as possible while raking up gold as much as you can?"

"Is it still any good to hyper-roll at lvl 5 after krugs stuff like tristana + graves for gunslingers with the newer percentages, or am I forced to no lvl at krugs and have a chance of losing?"
