Posted a Comment: Nov 11th, 2013 "16*3= 48 and since you got 10.5cdr(7,5from runes and 3 from spec) its 5 seconds ^^ and those seconds might be the difference for your toplane to gett full experience from first wave or lose a few minions. Also cdr is really nice stat for shaco overall! for your second point the duration of boxes"
