"A question: You put a lot of CDR into this build on a champion that gets up to 30% from his R passive alone. Isn't that overkill? Obviously in the jungle you can't avoid Magus, but then you have Frozen heart too which gives you 75% CDR with your masteries, which is 35% over the cap. I don't see a"
