Today in the first game I've ever played veigar, there was a mo'fing cho with easily 3600 hp, but only like 100 mr. Deathfire with 700 ap and boom half health. EWQRQQQQ dead...."

The Burst/Dps in this build is immense, but I must agree with a lot of people that this build makes you too squishy. I like situational items and that is why I'm giving it a thumbs up. Wit"
