I've always been a fan of splitpushing and being able to kill anyone who tries to stop you and this build lets you do that without sacrificing your squishy-"

Posted a Comment: "Technically yes. As good as it may seem though a diligent opponent can pop the shield with another ability. I'ts really good against somebody like fizz who initiates with their ultimate and doesn't have a very easy way to pop the passive otherwise."
