I tend to build 40% CDR Nocturne and it works out well for me and Nocturne really benefits from Stinger and Zephyr when he doesn't have Items like Triforce that would give him Attack Speed. Not to Mention he gets tenacity, CDR, "

"I build the same items on her except for the last two items. I usually rush BC then build Phage and Sheen for Triforce though.
As for the last two items i like to build 40% CDR so she gets more shields up faster and can use more Qs and Es to deal more damage aswell as more chases and escapes. U"
