"Duo Bruiser bot, Ad mid/top, Ap mid/top, Bruiser jungle.
Duo bruiser bot can easily share farm and get gp/10 items and will only be little behind solo lanes.
The ad carry would be better mid imo, because of better Dragon control through wriggles."
