While fighting the Golem, cast the Turtle Stance shield whenever it's possible and use a healpot on first hit.
Smite him at 445 hp and you should have it, you shouldn't have worries with Turtle Stance jungling.

Another really good Item for Irelia is Shurelia's Reverie, because of everything it provides you with, and the active makes you unstoppable.
