The people are more relaxed and are waaay better than in mid or low, I notice this especially at top lane, where I can play to the max of my ability when facing counter lanes. Yea, she's pretty shitty right now, her ultimate and stealth got nerfed into oblivion. AP is too risky on her because you don't have a stun and you are not tanky enough to be that melee assassin and tanky dps is shit"

If a champion scales with something, they can be built in a different direction and outside the box. A good example for this is AD. Every champion scales with AD through autoattacks, thus you can build every champion"
