Hi guys, I`ve been wondering 1. how one calculates the damage one does with percentages and all..? 2. Is there a cap on for example CDR? Is there a max CDR a champ can have in a game? Thx...

But farming goes much faster bc the damage you do with siph. strike does 50 % splash damage. I have found that Tiamat doesn`t work for me on Nasus.. I prefer to get Frozen Mallet o"
