You generally want to build one other AP item before getting it, so the active is worth it. You barely do over 100 damage with the lich bane proc that early. The one"

Strong build, but I wouldn't really call it an AP tank (due to the lack of a strong amount of armor and resists, despite the high health). Check out my diana build and see how they compare.
