"Singed statistically ( https://imgur.com/gallery/xvrBUi2 ) has one of the steepest mastery curves in the game and I think he at least deserves tier 2.I also think yone is moderate but never play so Idk.

"One change I would reccomend is to put singed in hard and maybe yorick in easy.I play both and think this would make more sense.Great list btw agree with most thing"
