Posted a Comment: "Tanky AD teemo is the best way to play him, stacking AS doesn't help you wtih damage and AP does ok in damage but tanky sustained damage and slows with frozen mallet is so much nicer, you still do damage with your shrooms and get utility from them with the slows and sight.
