She isn't OP, but she is really strong. Just don't try to engage her when you know she has her ult and/or stun up, you can see when she has stun up since she will have a white circle around her.
When she doesn't have her stun, rape her face off and get jungler ganks."

And why does the first non-OCed one have 3 fans, but the OCed only has 2 o-o"
