meh. Situational stuff is situational. I think, more often than not, you'd be better off with QSS. But yea, Banshee's is very situational and can still be bought if necessary :o
+ you turn your catalyst into RoA, 2 catalysts is a bit excessive (tho it can surely be done xD)

I don't take heal since I use spell vamp :o Gives you tons of healing. Of course, if you feel like you need heal feel free to take it.
I take the AP since this is an AP build, and although AD helps her, if you focus on Shunpo, which we do in this build, it doesn't scale with AD :o

Banshee's is not better. Hourglass gives you full protection for 2 seconds, esp. good with Kat's shunpo, whereas banshee blocks ONE spell...really easy to pop too. Voracity is only on kills and assists...you don't get those as often as you spam your spells. And yes, spells vary largely "
