You should always get blue. that takes care of your mana issues.
and, besides that, you have mp5 runes, mp5 and mana masteries, lich bane for mana, and if your jungler isn't letting you get blue for some reason, you can always get RoA."

but on sigs, I do a little cheat.
2 px feather lasso, do a realllly rough render, doesn't have to be perfect, takes like 1 minute or 2 tops, and then the feather"
