However, you seem to be approaching the early laning phase a bit incorrectly.
If you are mid against a ranged AP like Malz, you NEED those 3 Doran's. Why? The mp5 and HP. When you first go in lane you WILL have farming issues. Just stick it out until you get 950 gold "

As I mentioned in the guide, you can choose to max Q too...it depends on your lane matchup and the amount of harass they can deal to you. Maxing Q first is good too.
