he isn't a hard champ, but not easy if you are newer to the game; my advice would be to just practice more at Gragas, predicting enemy movement, and overall game skill."

I'd recommend lowering some settings, giving your computer a good reboot, and if the lag still persists...
the only response would be to get new internet/router/move your computer closer to the router/etc."
