but dude, Rylai slow is so good...it ends up being a 6 second slow with each tick of poison if someone is just exposed to the poison for 1 second or less...
and you are tank so you want some more CC, also fling is 35% slow...such a core item on Singed.

As for who to solo top, yea get your friend too so you can coordinate ganks in solo q, especially if you are in vent or some other voice program...
