"Seriously it isn't that OP. I'm 90% sure Rengar DOES have to have all 14 stacks. Getting stacks on bone is ez anyway, especially if you are doing well, and you only lose 1 per death...so if you get this item you don't lose maybe 1 or 2 stacks that you might have.

Ahri W second, single target dmg, e just for ultility.
Aniv wall is nice to have at 4 but you can wait till like 10 to get it.
Annie Q max cos easier last hitting and single target nukeage, guaranteed hit.
Cassi E, if you get any poison off you get so much dps with the 0.5 CD.
