all of your attacks for 4 seconds will crit and ignore 15% of the target's armor; 60 second cooldown.

"Everything said so far is correct, also keep in mind that some items may have unique passives but the same sort of passive may not be unique on other items -- such as spell vamp being unique on Hextech Revovlers, but not unique on Hextech Gunblades; this was done so that you cannot stack ins"
