"You don't need to jungle to play any of these champs well. The best pure tanks are in order:
Shen > Rammus > Amumu > Jarvan,
then you get into less tanky people but still tanks, such as Cho, Singed, Udyr, etc., that can be good AP/DPS tanky as well.
