Posted a Comment: "Um. I don't know what ELO you play at, but don't ever run Clarity. Ever. It's not a BAD spell, per se...but it's outclassed by flash, ignite, teleport, heal and clairvoyance...by a large margin. Clarity is basically useless once the laning phase ends or you get blue buff. Learn to manage mana."
