Limit break was basically the "ultimate" (kind of like the R skill in this game on super steroids) for characters in Final Fantasy VII."

WhitetigeR - Remember that you are never taking an item for a single stat (you know, unless it only has one stat). The also gives you move speed and another 80 AP, the damage proc is really more of a bonus to those stat"
