"The way I see it, being Unskilled isn't really a big bannable offense. Perhaps adding that in there can reduce the # of unnecessary reports that they deal with on a day to day basis.
Unskilled goes straight to the trash.
Something like Harassment can then be dealt with faster."

Lee Sin calls upon the Spirit of Urf to cause a surge of water, knocking enemies away in a vertical line. Enemies caught in the current are wrapped with fishbones and are supressed for .7 seconds. They also take 300/400/500(+50% Ability Power).
