"well its a high elo tier list and kit wise rell provides a lot more than alistar. I stll put her in A and Alistar B so its not like shes extremely high up, both ranks are pretty much just strong champs that lack a certain thing to be fully broken"

"Rakan is a hybrid of both he builds a decent amount of health and gets armor/mr from some situational items. Anyone can be a tank really it just depends on the items you buy and Rakan is viable with all of them, tanks don't have to be Ornns building 6 thornmails"
