Only thing I'd note is that Brand only has a single target stun, whereas Annie can stun multiple targets if she's clever about it. Of course, Annie has a little less damage to compensate for that, but it's something to consider.

The Tiamat is a great example, actually. Part of a gunblade for brand is good (AP/Slow/Spell Vamp) whereas part of the Tiamat for Soraka is good (HP5 and MP5)
You explain how you USE the gunblade, any fool can do "
