Kog lacks damage late and his magic damage is nullified by magic resistance then. That part of his damage is reduced as the game goes on - just like MF. He gets range increase, sure, but he can't have it permanently. He's aimed at mid game/ear"

All true damage (with the exception of Vayne's Silver Bolts (which would take 36 shots to kill you alone, and isn't much damage, despite the face people seem to think it's the main source of Vayne's damage for some messed up reason)) is in pure numbers rather than percentages.

Thought it was, but the notes weren't specific enough.
Fiddlesticks is getting quite a big buff in the jungle then, though they should have aimed it elsewhere, like for example his mana pool/base mp5.
