"Why would anyone spend so much time on the PBE?
Firstly, most of the players on the PBE are horrible, secondly, a lot of the things in the PBE are horribly imbalanced and abusable for a certain amount of time and thirdly how do you even manage to find enough people for so many ranked games on there"

I actually like the cold though :3 Oh, and I've found that it's usually warmer with snow than without it. Most of the times the weather here is calm and a bit closer to 0° C while its snowing. \o/"
