Delaying making my 
Jarvan IV guide due to Season 3 jungle changes and new items coming.
Gonna have to completely remake the 3v3 part of my Gangplank guide also, yay...
Tbh, I don't like the new TT, but that's me. If I wanted to play a dominion styled map, I'd play on The Crystal Scar, not TT. I liked the plays that could be made on the map/juking.
Small changes like the "turtle" preventing people that are winning easy to actually win was annoying I suppose. Was never really a problem for me. I'd say the new TT has the same problem.
