"Hi, yes you are right, the main problem with building Rod of Ages is, that in average games you will finish with Boots and Jungler item around minute 15
if you start with RoA in minute 15, you will finish it on minute 25, then it takes 10 minutes to get max stacks, then its 35th minute.

"If i skill it on lvl 2, and then kill somewhat 10 minions - which gives me 10 health, and then lets say i kill no more minions but skill it 5 times, do i have then 30 health, or still 10?"
