"@IlikezCatz good item, seems a bit op atm, but i dunno if hecarim benefits much from on since he doesn't autoattack as much as most champions. I havn't got around to testing it, or getting it in game yet, but I wouldn't say its a bad item on Hecarim.

"You can still select inside the rune border and with a soft black brush maybe 3~5px, go around edges where you want inner shadow, and then decrease opacity ^^. But nice jobs nevertheless, looks good ^^"
